Non-renewable resources
1) Non-renewable resources are the resources that cannot be replaced within a short period of time. Eg : coal, petroleum, natural gas.
2) These are called as fossil fuels and it takes millions of years to be formed.
3) It gets exhausted once used.
4) These fuels creates lot of pollution.
5) These fuels are cheap.

Today I learnt that, Energy is anything that has the capacity to change in matter. Energy is found everywhere. Energy has to be saved because it can neither be created nor destroyed. Renewable energy is produced by wind, sunlight and water. Non-renewable energy is produced by coal, natural gas and oil.

1) Resources are the useful things that we use in our daily life to make our life comfortable and easy.
2) Resource are divided into two which are natural and man-made resource. Eg:- natural :- sunlight, wind water; man-made :- chair table etc.
3) Natural resources are divided into RENEWABLE and NON- RENEWABLE.
4)Renewable resource are the resources that are replaced from time to time. Eg:- BIOMASS ENERGY, HYDRO ENERGY, WIND ENERGY.
5) Non-Renewable resources are the resources that cannot be replaced quickly. Eg:-Fossil Fuels. (Coal, oil and natural gas are fossil fuels.)
6) Fossil fuels take millions of years to be formed. So we should conserve the non-renewable resources.

The difference between renewable and non- renewable resources can not be replaced quickly like coal , oil and natural gas while renewable resources can be replaced quickly like wind solar and water . Coal oil and natural gas are fosil fuel they are renewable or non- renewable resources fosil fuel are burned to make energy fosil fuel are used to make electricity fuel our car and heat our homes.
