For me, stress is not a completely bad thing. Because when I'm doing something important and I feel a little stressed and that helps me concentrate. But when I'm really stressed, I lose focus. Stress for me refers to the feeling of pressure and anxiety that I may experience when facing multiple demands or challenges in my live. It can easily affect my physical health. Moreover, stress can make me feel anxious, overwhelmed, and tired.
