Regardless of our experience and professionalism we can create a good first impression and come across as a person to deal with, or vice versa.
So what does it mean to create a good impression? It seems to me that the ability to listen, respond, friendliness, responsibility, punctuality are very important for a good impression. But often all these qualities are difficult to manifest or recognize at [the] first meeting.
Therefore, to have a good reputation there are some general tips: smile, listen to the person, do not be afraid to speak and make compliments, look for common topics, be open.
Of course, it is impossible to please everyone. But these simple things will help form [the] first good opinion.
