- Written texts are fixed, so they can be read anytime and anywhere.

- Written texts help readers build and develop their ideas.

- Written texts connect readers to the words, allowing authors to convey emotions through text.

- Written English is more formal and follows stricter grammatical rules.

- Acceptable writing typically uses a standard dialect of the language.

people pronounce the words differently from how they're supposed to be pronounced

while speaking people tend to ignore usage of tenses, punctuations, indirect narrations, note of interrogation and sometimes don't finish their sentances

-accentuating

people that are better in writing tend to not accentuate while speaking. This is most noticeble spechees this consequently means the speech is flat since there is no emphesis
