I have a little experience of shopping online. As a rule I buy things at AliExpress and I can share certain features.

First of all, I'd like to say, it is a lot easier than the usual buying at shops. I can see a lot of different items in short time neither I would do it with real consultant at the shop.

But such buying is a risk. Once my sister bought a red bag for our mom at AliExpress. It came wrong collor and she had to argue with the sellers online and proved them that her order doesn't match the description.

Regarding the cons, I must add that delivery really makes you wait more than a month if you buying at websites of different country. In comparison, if you order through Nova post delivery in Ukraine, the goods can arrive in one day.

In conclusion, must to say, it is better to buy with cash on delivery, it can always save you from fraudsters. Successful purchases must be safe.

To my mind, the main advantage of online shopping is that you can shop anytime, especially at night or on holidays. You can read reviews from customers before buying, which helps you buy good things. Online shopping always has lower prices, because they don’t need to pay for rent. It’s also convenient for people who don’t like visiting crowded places. But on the other hand, there are disadvantages. When you buy something from foreign platforms, such as Temu, Amazon and so on, you might wait a long time for your order. And there is a risk of paying and not receiving because of the scams

Online shopping is comfortable because you can buy items anytime and from anywhere. It often offers more variety and better prices than normal stores. You can also read reviews from other customers before making a purchase. However, you can't see or try the product before buying it. Delivery can take time, and returning items is sometimes difficult. There's also a risk of scams or receiving bad-quality products.

Online shopping can be a problem for many reasons. First, you can’t try on clothes before you buy them, so they might not fit well. Sometimes, the product looks different in real life than in the pictures. Also, it can take a long time for the item to arrive, which is not good if you need it quickly. Returning items can be difficult and sometimes costs extra money. Another problem is that you may not get help from a real person if something goes wrong. There is also a risk of online scams or fraud, especially on unknown websites. Many people find that sizes are wrong or confusing on different sites. In addition, shipping costs can be high and increase the total price. It’s also hard to check the quality of the product before buying it. You might even receive the wrong item by mistake. Some websites don’t have clear return policies, which makes it hard to get your money back. Finally, shopping online too often can lead to overspending because it’s easy to click and buy without thinking.

Advantages of online shopping:

Convenience – You can shop from home, work, or anywhere.

Choice – Access to a much wider range of products.

International availability – You can order products from other countries.

Price comparisons and reviews – Easy to find the best options and read customer reviews.

Relaxed decision making – No pressure from salespeople; you can take your time deciding.

Financial organization – Electronic receipts are easier to store than paper ones.

Bargains – You can often find products at lower prices or with big discounts.

Disadvantages of online shopping:

Time delay – You have to wait for the product to be delivered.

Product problems – Risk of receiving a product of lower quality or misleading description.

Pricing tricks – Hidden costs, such as expensive shipping, may appear.

Delivery problems – Products can arrive damaged or not at all.

Impersonal experience – No direct contact with sellers, no advice or personal help.

Too easy to spend – Risk of impulsive buying, addiction, spending while intoxicated, or unauthorized purchases by children.

No contact with products – You can't touch, see, or try the product before buying.

The advantages of online shopping are that you can make a purchase at any time, anywhere. It takes 10 minutes to get everything done, which is much easier than setting aside half a day to go to a shopping center and shop around for clothes. The site always (well, most of the time) has all sizes/colors, etc. available, and you don't have to wait for a new delivery to buy the same size as in an offline store. But there are also many disadvantages, for example, you cannot try on clothes, of course there is an option to try on a new mail, but this option is rarely available, and you will only overpay for the return in case of an inappropriate size. You also can't specifically calculate whether this model of dress will fit you, for example, or the size of your sneakers, they may not measure well, who knows. This is a pretty big problem. I think it should be both, sometimes it's easier and more convenient to order online to save time, but to make sure you don't make a mistake, it's better to take the time to go to the mall.
