Supervisor Support - Liquid Elements - Su

Supervisor support is a tool used to implement training of new skills. The supervisor would be willing to revisit any additional training as needed in order for the employee/learner to master the skill. The employer should use active listening skills and also be able to express themselves clearly.

Follow up - Liquid Learning - FU

Follow up learning gives learners an opportunity to revisit previous learning after the initial training. This affords the learner to reinforce skills and to gain further knowledge and understanding. Employees or learners could gain satisfaction from their accomplishments, further making ongoing learning better.

Spaced Learning - Liquid Elements- Su

Space Learning is a tool used to teach the same material over a span of time determined by the trainer. This allows for better understanding and retention of the material. It would also allow the trainer to determine if any points of the learning have been overlooked by the learner and corrected.

Assessment - Liquid Elements - As

Assessment measures an employee or learner's ability to master a skill or to cross train and this would be considered learning agility.

An employee can be assessed in several different ways. The most common type are quizzes or tests.

An employee can also be assessed by observation.
