At 7:30 for breakfast:
cereal with milk and sugar and a cup of tea
At 12:30 packed food:
2 sandwiches with cheese and tuna in it, a pot of yoghurt
and some satsumas or grapes
At 6:30 for dinner :
lasagne with some salad
At usually 1 o'clock for lunch on sundays:
roasted beef or lamb with potatoes and vegetables and for dessert apple pie with some ice cream
