Wellable Challenge Verification Code: 14659

Welcome to Kent State's virtual Gratitude Graffiti board! This is the overflow board for week 1. To access other boards, visit https://www.kent.edu/hr/wellness/gratitude-graffiti.

The Gratitude Graffiti Project is designed to encourage a daily practice of purposeful appreciation through interactive art.

To participate, create a "sticky" and type something you are grateful for, or post a photo of something or someone that fills you with gratitude. Play around to figure out how to use stickies, or learn more here: http://linoit.com/en/help/sticky/

Use this Gratitude board to create a state of mindfulness. Stop what you’re doing once a day and just be “in the moment”. View others' responses and reflect. Enjoy the power of positive thinking and what it can do for you personally, as well as for those around you.

So... What are you grateful for today?

For inspiration, view the sticky to the top right for this week's prompt.
