To become an effective English teacher in the 21st century, there are several skills that are crucial:

Hello , in my idea one of the important things that can help teacher to become an effective teacher is creative . They should be diffrent ; diffrent in teaching , have some new and speacial method , use diffrent materials and also another important things is that they should use technology in all of the class and actually want to student use them more as possible

A teacher needs to look for new information to learn , understand the needs of the students and how to treat with students psychologically .

They need to be able to adapt to a new teaching method based on student's need .

A teacher must have strong communication skills to convey information clearly.

Developing technology in the class room is the most important option .

I think we can give up criticizing others and spend more energy on building a positive working environment.

If we put more effort to experiment with different ways of teaching, our learners will see the value of being always open to reinventing oneself to keep up-to-date and stay relevant in a constantly changing world .

Initially and most important is be enthusiastic in teaching and be aware of his role and aim of teaching

Know the physiological and psychological needs that the students have.

They should be open minded an also creative to accept new ideas and choose the best method and several "plan be" for their different learner type so be flexible as well.
