To be a good teacher in the 21st century i need the following skills:

 

 

1- Solid technical knowledge: Understand programming languages, software development methodologies, and tools.

 

. 2. Adaptability: Be open to learning new technologies, as software development is constantly evolving.

 

 3. Analytical thinking: Analyze requirements, identify potential issues, and devise effective test strategies.

 

4. Attention to detail: Observe and document even the smallest discrepancies or errors in the software being tested.

 

 5. Strong communication skills: Collaborate with development team to udrestand requirement s .

In order to become an effective 21st century English teacher, I would need a combination of traditional teaching skills and modern technological proficiency. In the following paragraphs I will illustrate my point of view using some key factors.

 

 First, Strong communication skills: I odd to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing to be able to do my role as a teacher well enough.

 

Second, Subject knowledge: A deep understanding of the English language, literature, and grammar is essential for teaching these subjects effectively. So I should try to master at every English related subject such as those mentioned above if I intend to be a good teacher.

 

The third and one of the most key factors is Classroom management: The ability to maintain a positive and productive learning environment is crucial for student success. For instance I can get advantage of various games and mobile activities considering the student’s age range.

 

Last but obviously not the least factor goes to Technological proficiency: Familiarity with educational technology such as interactive whiteboards, online learning platforms, and digital resources is important for engaging students in the modern classroom. For example I can use the AI to get new ideas for my classes.

 

By developing such skills and many more, I can become an effective 21st century English teacher who can engage students in meaningful learning experiences while preparing them for success in the future modern world.

The teacher should have excellent spoken and written communication skills. Be a patient person and have social communication skills. Creative skills for planning practical and interesting lessons

A teacher should have the skill to bring the lesson to the students' real life. They know how to use it in their own life

First and foremost there should be thoughts on technology. It not only affects our attitude but also has some a lot of influence on our careers. As a result we are supposed to master using new tools and artificial Intelligence related websites.

Then what Also matters is this so-called Z generation. It's Said that the young boys and girls kind of differ from what we were long ago.

They questions things and their lives are surrounded by artificial intelligence.

In conclusion, new technology and new generation requires new methods. Using old ways of teaching will be just a waste of time. A 21th century teacher knows how to manage their class first by an appropriate behavior and then by the use of Smart phones and tablets.

For an English language teacher in the 21st century, firstly, we must be creative, we must teach children with games and new methods, secondly, we must be familiar with technology and apps so that we can have good education for students, we must be updated. So that children can learn whatever they want through their teacher

For being an effective teacher in 21st century beside of educational background, effective communication, and collaboration and networking, I personally need commiting to lifelong learning and professional development.
