Name two CPD strategies you prefer most to develop your teaching skills thru.

Give reasons why you are interested in these strategies.

Attending Workshops:

A workshop ties with different viewpoints as the attendees may have more experiences with the topic in question. This opportunity enables them to showcase better subsequently. The outcome is great considering the time spent.

Online Forum:

As a member of an online forum, I can learn how to improve digital communication, and how to increase collaboration leading to an ultimate positive feeling.

Continuing Education:

It can help to stimulate intellectual self, to develop alternative skills, to bring out creativity, and to get early access to launchpad.

Team teaching

I'm interest in this method cause of incorporates corporate culture and techs also and we can complete objects quickly and efficiently.

Book sharing

Because it provides an inexpensive way for people to exchange books and find out new books and obtain them and also increase the opportunities of studying.

Increased duties and responsibilities

With increasing duties the students will make effort and they wanna display their abilities and do their best, besides, theyg could learn more out of these duties

Mentoring:

Being mentored brings us encouragement and empowerment in personal development and helps to identify and correct gaps in generic skills and knowledge. As teachers we probably need someone who can provide guidance and advice based on one's experiences and knowledge. It also boosts our confidence and we can even develop some mentoring skills for ourselves.

Attending workshops:

By team working, teachers became more aware of their own potential. They can support and criticize different opinions in groups and come up with a reliable conclusion. New knowledge and skills helps to bolster their credibility in the eyes of their colleagues back at their workplace. Therefore, participating in a workshop helpes to combat feelings of professional isolation.

Continuing education:

Despite how hard we're trying to develop our teaching practice, we need to improve our knowledge and skills by being educated, too. But getting advanced certifications isn’t just about adding credentials to our resume. We are also learning valuable skills that we can apply to our day-to-day job. This can help us become better at regular tasks that might otherwise be time-consuming. We can also take on new responsibilities that we once weren’t qualified for.

1-Lesson study: When teachers meet in professional learning communities to discuss planning, they become active participants in reform. Lesson Study has additional benefits by drawing teachers’ attention to student learning as they think about their own instructional actions. Also, Lesson Study is that it allows teachers to observe students during the teaching of a planned lesson. As Teachers observe students, they begin to see teaching from the students’ point of view. A small team of teachers working together in a systematic cycle of planning, teaching, observing, refining and reviewing specific lessons in order to examine their practice and improve their impact on student learning.

2-Observation: in my opinion, this classroom practice makes teaching and learning more visible. It encourages collaboration between colleagues and helps improve teacher practice which is great for student learning.

3-Book sharing: is all about engaging and involving teachers in the book reading process. Something that has become very rare these days. Because in my opinion, book sharing is a strategy through which teachers' information can be updated and beyond that, other strategies can be accessed.

Team Teaching

Teamwork improves the quality of teaching as various experts approach the same topic from different angles: theory and practice, past and present, different genders or ethnic backgrounds. Teacher strengths are combined and weaknesses are remedied. Poor teachers can be observed, critiqued, and improved by the other team members in a nonthreatening, supportive context. The evaluation done by a team of teachers will be more insightful and balanced than the introspection and self-evaluation of an individual teacher.

Attending Workshops

Relationships with clients, speakers and vendors can help you gain knowledge from having meaningful conversations with them. Meeting new people and learning new things often leads to great feelings of inspiration. You will want to share this new enthusiasm with your staff and peers. Attending workshops and seminars are usually very fun.
