Thank you for the great class khanom!

All of the talking in class was great and we got plenty of listening practice. I also liked looking through facebook news and finding things to read and talk about. I also enjoyed when you would remember a Persian saying and write it down and explain it for us. I learned some interesting new vocab that way.

I can't think of anything I would want to change for a future class :)

Talkitivity is good for learning language, and you are very talkative. You might need to ask students if they understood a word every so often. I would try to ask about every word I noticed I didn't know, but sometimes due to social dynamics I know people can feel hesitant to ask questions. Overall I think your method is fine but if you get a group of students that don't ask questions it could be a problem.

Your teaching style is incredible. You focus on the relationship of language rather just the application of it. It's not important to simply know the right answer of a test, but also understand why the material in the test matters. That takes culture, politics, slang, and passion. We spoke so much in Farsi that I was passive listening and active listening all day. I loved it. Most of the time a class won't speak very often, let alone debate a subject. My critiques are with some of the material (needs more stories/humor) that you are not responsible for. Thank you for everything, you have reinvigorated my love of Farsi.
