1). Yes they are international standards, therefore it is applied in all countries in the same way, in some cases they are adapted to the standards of each one.

2). They are issued by the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB), a body created in London, and constitute accounting standars that are of mandatory application and of course that standards have to be maintained due to their great function that they fulfill.

Of course, because it establishes the requirements of recognition, measurement, presentation and information to disclose about the transactions and economic facts that affect a company and that are reflected in the financial statements. We know that each country has different companies and because each country increases your rules.

 I learned to undecify some meanings foreseen in the questions which for me were unknowable.

1. IFRS standards are established for each country, each one is different, in my opinion it is more for the currency ... some or more standards may change. but I feel that way, since one knows more about the IFRS of the country in which one avoids

I believe, the one that maintains the international IFRS standard between the countries is Colombia, so as not to give a not so clear answer, one does an investigation ... and then it says that some countries adopted the IFRS standards for viewing in Colombia. 1.) I believe that the financial regulations in each country share some regulations or aspects regarding the financial statements. However, I would change relevant aspects such as business days, or the delivery limit, among others.

 

2.)I think that international standards are guided and maintained by a "being" of the highest rank, who is in charge of regulating all countries.
