I want to tell you about a difficulty I have encountered recently in my studies. Constant sleep problems have made it difficult for me to wake up early. This difficulty arose due to irregular sleep patterns and stress.
To cope with this, I established a regular sleep schedule and avoided caffeine in the evenings. I also started using relaxation techniques such as meditation to reduce stress before bedtime. Despite my best efforts, some morning awakenings are still difficult, but overall there has been a noticeable improvement.
As a result, I have become more involved in early classes and my understanding of the material in class has improved. However, the work is not yet complete and further adjustments may be needed.
