Rules and Regulations

• Vacations: We have a non-working Friday twice a month in addition to the fact that you can take 18 days off during a year. And you don't have to take them all in one, you can use them whenever it is convenient.

• Team-building events: You don't have to visit such events. Despite of this, you can invite one more participant outsite but our organizer should be informed in advance.

• Dress code: You should be good-looking on official meetings but you are free to suit whatever feels comfortable for you within reason in other cases.

Vacations: Employees can go to the vacations for 25 calendar days. They can break their vacation into parts and go on vacation whenever it is convenient.

Working hours: Company has flexible work schedule and Employees must be at work during core hours.

Dress code: Company does not has strict dress code. Employees can wear almost any comfortable clothing that meets the standards of decency.

Working hours: you must spend core hours from 12 to 17 in the office.

Vacation: you shouldn't plan your vacation at the same time as other employees. In this case who asks for a vacation first will have priority.

Dress code: you don't have to wear suits or pencil skirt, but you should remember that it's a office but not a beach.

Even though we have a flexible work schedule, everyone must be at a working place during core hours.

Vacations.

Each employee can take 18 paid working days in a year. And we have a rule that everyone has to take at least 10 vacation days per year.

Dress code.

We don't have a strict dress code, but employees should follow the norms of propriety in clothing.

Working hours:

If the air temperature is above 27 degrees, it should be possible to transfer working hours to the evening (in agreement with the customer)

Vacations:

The employee must use the annual leave, dividing it into parts. One of the parts can not be less than 10 days

Bonuses:

All employees are granted free of charge and exclusively high quality medical services. To receive this benefit, an employee have to register on the website or provide a copy of the documents by email.

Dress code: We don't have any dress code but employees shouldn't wear shorts in office.

Team-building events: Any employee can participate in our team-building events.

Rules you must follow:

You must be at work 9 hours a day, including a 1 hour lunch break, or 8.5 hours a day at work, including a 0.5 hour lunch break. You must be at work during core hours (11:00 am to 1:00 pm) because there are many meetings during this time.

You don't have to wear a strict dress code. You can wear T-shirts and jeans, but you shouldn't wear shorts.

You can take 25 paid working days in a year or claim compensation.

You can get a $ 500 bonus when you have a baby or get married.

If you are on sick leave for more than 10 days, you may be eligible for compensation as determined by the Resource Manager.

You can participate in all team building activities.

Vacations: You have to 20 vacation day and 7 sick leave days without medical certificate

Dress code: you don't have to wear a suit and a tie. You can wear jeans, T-shirts and shorts

Employees don’t have to start their work at fixed time. They only must do work and meet deadlines.

Every employee can provide an idea for team-building event. Our team should meet and make an event twice a year.

You don’t have to wear a suit, more over you mustn’t dress it, but you should dress up.

Vacations: you can get 30 vacation days every year;
