• Vacations: We have a non-working Friday twice a month in addition to the fact that you can take 18 days off during a year. And you don't have to take them all in one, you can use them whenever it is convenient.

• Team-building events: You don't have to visit such events. Despite of this, you can invite one more participant outsite but our organizer should be informed in advance.

• Dress code: You should be good-looking on official meetings but you are free to suit whatever feels comfortable for you within reason in other cases.

Vacation: you shouldn't plan your vacation at the same time as other employees. In this case who asks for a vacation first will have priority.

Dress code: you don't have to wear suits or pencil skirt, but you should remember that it's a office but not a beach.

Each employee can take 18 paid working days in a year. And we have a rule that everyone has to take at least 10 vacation days per year.

Working hours:

If the air temperature is above 27 degrees, it should be possible to transfer working hours to the evening (in agreement with the customer)

All employees are granted free of charge and exclusively high quality medical services. To receive this benefit, an employee have to register on the website or provide a copy of the documents by email.

Rules you must follow:

You must be at work 9 hours a day, including a 1 hour lunch break, or 8.5 hours a day at work, including a 0.5 hour lunch break. You must be at work during core hours (11:00 am to 1:00 pm) because there are many meetings during this time.

 

You don't have to wear a strict dress code. You can wear T-shirts and jeans, but you shouldn't wear shorts.

 

You can take 25 paid working days in a year or claim compensation.

 

You can get a $ 500 bonus when you have a baby or get married.

If you are on sick leave for more than 10 days, you may be eligible for compensation as determined by the Resource Manager.

 

You can participate in all team building activities.
