1.Aunt nominated algu as head panch so algu had the power to take decision and provide justice.They had this role.Algu was not really ready as for friendship.

4- Algu and Jumman were best friends.They become enemies when Algu gave a verdict in favour of jumman's aunt. Jumman also had the opportunity to take revenge but as chief panch he behaved righteously They rekindled their friendship.

Ans4. Firstly, They had a strong bond of friendship. But then the situation changed Jumman had a aunt who had transfered her all property to Jumman and when aunt was not more welcomed in his house so she decided to go to panchayat and selected Algu as head panch. Algu verdict was in favour of aunt so there friendship changed into enimity.

The problem that was faced by aunt was that the Jumman and his family was tired of this old relative and Jummam become indifferent to her as his wife , who grudged even the little food that the old lady wanted everyday . She swallowed these insults along with her food for a few months . when she spoke to Jumman that kindly give me a monthly allowance so that I can set up separate kitchen so Jummman disagreed.

Ans1- Algu played a huge role in bestowing justice to the aunt as he forgot about his friendship over justice and took a fair decision.

Ans 3 - The problems which are faced by the aunt was that she believed in Jumman's words for taking care for her but after she gave the property to Jumman, but Jumman changed his words afterwards and also didn't take proper care of her. he refused to do any profession she wanted to do

1- Algu and Jumman believed in justice as when Algu was the panch he didnt chose his friend Jumman as the winner as he was not right. And when Jumman was Algu enemy and when Jumman was the panch he chose Algu as the winner as he was right, and he did not thought that Algu was his enemy.

The problem that aunt faced was that Jumman and his wife were treating their aunt as different and when their aunt asked for monthly allowance they refused and when she told the to people of village some laughed, some helped and some advised that you should live with Jumman and shouldn't take the case to panchayat. 4.In the beginning Jumman and Algu were good friends. 1)When the old lady approached algu,he first said that I can't go against jumman,but the aunt said that you should not let your friendship come in between doing justice.In the panchayat,algu put jumman and aunt equal before him and took the right decision and did justice.

2)The aunt first named her property to jumman on the condition that he will take care of the old lady.The arrangement worked well for a few years but then the situation changed and a couple of quarrels arised between jumman and aunt and when the old lady claimed a monthly allowance,they refused and aunt wanted justice.

5. Fair play has some benefits for individuals as it avoids fight and enimity among us. Equality plays a crucial rle as it offers equals opportunites for all. We can promote fairness by not treating a particular person speacially, instead treat all equally.
