Social Media heavily impacts an individual's thought process and it changes our thinking with the use of repetition, for example if you are seeing a post again and again you will start to slowly agree with it even if originally you used to disagree with it.

Social media has a very good impact on our life as we when we use platforms like Instagram, Snapchat, X, and YouTube. When we use these platforms our mind opens and we get to know new things and we think about them as they come in ads and and they come again and again and we think to buy that thing. Our perception changes as we always think about social media and and we get to know new things.

There are a few studies that might convince us to think about our usage. JAMA Pediatrics found that scrolling social media for three hours per day could lead to mental health issues. A more recent study, also by by JAMA, found that social media can create a sensitivity in the brain to rewards and punishments. This constant exposure to images of seemingly perfect individuals can lead young people to develop unrealistic expectations about their own appearance and life achievements.Social media creates an environment in which we are constantly comparing ourselves to others. Our brains pay close attention to information about ourselves, and tend to compare information about ourselves to what we learn about other people so we fit in socially.

Yes it impact our thinking because we see alot of ad and then we wont the product badly and force are parent to buy it for us and it impact our eyesight and take us away from the physical world and what ever the social media say we believe it like it all is true because it is on social media And it has alot of negative impact.

Yes social media can effect our thinking like when something comes on social media again and again we would start thinking that thing is useful and want to buy it even it is useless

Social media shapes our thinking and perception, offering global connections and information, but excessive use can lead to misinformation, decreased empathy and anxiety.

social media can impact our studies however there are some good impacts and some bad impacts. For example we can get distracted from studies due to social media,on the other hand we can also get some help from social media for our studies and even make money from. so it just depends on us how we use it.

Social media convinces us to change our mind or decision for example, if on the first day, you see an ad of a new soap company, and you do not buy it , the next day you will see so many ads that every video would provide a promotion for the company and your mind would be convinced to buy the product. This can totally change your perception.

People prefer online conversation then physically interactions because they are lazy and wants to not go and meet them

Social media affects how we think by making us focus on quick, surface-level content, and can change how we see ourselves and others. It can connect us and raise awareness, but also lead to comparison, misinformation, and less deep thinking.

Social media shapes our perception by encouraging self-comparison and reinforcing existing beliefs. It creates echo chambers, limits diverse views, and often distorts reality through misinformation. The constant flow of content leads to cognitive overload and shallow thinking. While it connects us, it can also reduce empathy and deepen insecurity.
