Dear Erasmus+ project "To healthy Livestyle step by step". It was a challenge full of new experiences that cannot be experienced without taking part in this project.

Writing letters to another country and the type of conversations with peers was very interesting.

The various tasks related to this project were great. you had to think a bit and find some time to do it, but it was worth it.

I took part in this project for several years, but this year was the best because I was able to meet live with people who also participate in this project.

Making contacts with people from other countries is an interesting experience.

I was able to learn more about the culture and interests of the Spaniards and the Portuguese. I am very happy that I could take part in this project and experience unforgettable impressions.

TO HEALTHY LIFESTYLE STEP BY STEP Erasmus+ project final evaluation, Participants' reflections.

Dear Erasmus + project,

travelling to Dzierzoniów and seeing how our students coped with the small difficulties that arose in a foreign country has been an enriching experience.

I have also learnt how we can meet our cultural differences, not only thanks to a common language but also sharing experiences in a common project.

Last but not the least, I would thank our hosts for their efforts, thanks to the project coordinators for carrying it out and thanks to my colleague Mª José for her involvement and great encouragement throughout the whole week.

Dear Erasmus + project"To healthy Lifestyle step by step" It has been a great challenge for me to have participated and organized the project. Since we have been struggling with the difficulties we found. But I am satisfied with the result of the project, and when I turn back my head I see how much work has been done, thanks to a great team of teachers, sometimes without knowing they were making a great contribution to the Healthy lifestyle project, creating good habits in our students. I am very grateful to my School and all the staff that has given their best to make the project works.

I am grateful for being part of this ambitious project.

Thank you very much to all the teachers, students involved in the project.

Great European teams joining their forces to get their students conscious of the importance of being healthy.

We hope to collaborate in other projects.

A grateful teacher.

Polish team: Thanks a lot for such a warm welcome, lots of activities and grateful surprises and your hospitality.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🥰

Thanks to the organisers of the three partners to make such enriching experiences possible because there are so many tiny details involved. Only you know that and students can broaden their cultural and personal horizons because of your hard work and effort. There's room to improve for future projects as long as we are all willing to. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🥰

Thanks to all the teachers that have taken part in the mobility making us feel at home in your town.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🥰

Thanks to the Portuguese team for having the general well-being of the Greek, Polish, Portuguese and Spanish participants in mind during our stay in Dzierżoniów and surroundings. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🥰

Thanks to my mate, Carmen. I'm delighted to have shared this experience with you and to have found a friend in Poland. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🥰
