What can we do keep fit and
healthy..
We can keep fit and heaIthy if..
1)We eat a variety of foods. Each kind of foods have different vitamins and especially fruits and vegetables. We had better eat more than 3 fruits every day and a salad every day. So it must eat different food.
2) We spend lot of time on screens. Εxcept that screens aren't good for our eyes, also keep us unactive. If we are stuck on a screen, we don't know what happened around us.
And finally,
3)We are active. Our life is to enjoy her. We can go hiking, go cycling
and if we can't do them, we can play outside. Is the simplest for kids...
