Medical Malpractice, Incident Date 02/27/2023 for the Department of Human Services and the Commonwealth of PA. Leading to arbitrary detention in the same facility without transfer, prolonging of needed medical treatment leading to permanent deformity and removal of self ability to represent.

I, Tiffany Anne Buckley am currently located in Alexandria, VA and surrounding areas. The United States does not have adequate assistance programs for relocation, outside of Criminal Justice Systems of the state for Victim's Assistance Programs or with the assistance of the FBI. Although attempts to source a person(s) and a group(s), in addition to several religious, non-profit and private affiliated has taken place, thus far no assistance is available (or been made available i.e. provided).

The Criminal Justice Services, Director Jackson Miller has ties to George Mason University, in Fairfax, VA where I graduated from in 2002. As estranged individuals can affect career opportunities, being within the greater Washington, DC produces increased frequencies of those with government employment. This can create a "conflict of interest" for a victim of abuse. Reporting these abuses or having to disclose details of previous experiences and those involved, should not be the only way in which someone can distance themselves and have new opportunities and relations.

The CSB, Community Services Board of Alexandria, VA has demonstrated medical malpractice via the conduct of a case worker, of which proofs are available in photos and details documented by various electronic means. Two local area hospitals have shown malpractices on two separate occasions. VHC main campus on George Mason Dr, is a location where during an ER visitation for XRAYs to be taken, the technician deliberately took the images from the wrong side of the body. I mentioned during the image taking, the way in which it was being conducted was not going to produce accurate views of the area in pain and of concern. The second hospital was Inova, FairOaks where the staff said the images were there, but for technical reasons, they would transfer to disc.

The time at the library is ending in four minutes. To conclude preemptively and have to continue tomorrow or at another date and time. The Carpenter's Shelter staff is instructing that for a bus ticket, I would have to go to CSB. CSB has already proven deceitful practices, in addition to the concerns with local area hospitals. Carpenter's Shelter is aware of three physical assaults to me having taken place there within the last year. They also do not have a fax, or are discriminatorily limiting access to one which could be complicity in limiting access to medical records. Of which are needed from PA for a fractured arm.

Assault Charge Details of which the officer said I "spit" at him, of which I DID NOT. Further details can be described at length, the officer also stated I became "combative and resistant" of which video would show, that did not happen my demeanor was extremely passive and calm while multiple officers were aggressive. Notes say "wrist caught in the gate" this is not true either, I was merely trying to keep behind the gate as I thought the officers were going to be assaultive. Lexus Nexus would prove in history I had prepared for court myself. Additionally, attempts were made to place me on ANTIPSYCHOTICS of which I stated was NONCONSENTUAL, numerous paperwork of retained medical request forms indicate requests for VITAMINS and ANTIBIOTICS.

Due to "no communication" with the Public Defender and upcoming court of which I had prepared paperwork for to DEFEND MYSELF, did not want the preparations REMOVED from my cell.

Sharing details of prior to all arrests (of which were no true illegal activity ever took place), false claims of officers and other details has never been allotted. Of which would provide further clarity, likely for most and indicate persons formerly known involvement (possibly) in addition to attempts at Entrapment into petty crime, with false assault claims. Nearly every arrest involved coercions of others, abandonment, theft of belongings and more.

Legal professionals, exhibiting requests for transportation assistance, post the dropping of the misdemeanor charge in VA, indicates intention to file in person in PA, as well as obtain full medical records. All requests for relocation were denied, then falsely stated, amongst numerous theft of belongings. Of which the time without a phone is extensive, likely near to 90% of the time since being released. Details can be provided. Post experiencing malpractice and misconduct with local hospitals and other medical professionals, relocation requests to an alternate area, where estranged persons due not likely have direct connections with legal and medical professionals, was also denied.

1. Stay America Hotel in Fairfax on 11/16/2023, a visit with SABIR the manager to inquire about belongings of an IPAD, PHONES, WALLET w. CARDS and other items which were left on the property. During the time of other visitors being there for the Depp vs Heard trial.

2. The Crowne Plaza card was a request to speak with management regarding record of video on the premises, pertaining to a homeless individual who slept on the bench for months, intelligence guests (that personal interaction occurred with) and an Allied Security Guard (who made false statements & record would show my departure from the Crowne Plaza w/ my belongings w/ the individual).

3. The INOVA card was during a visit to obtain original XRAYS from the Radiology Center of Fair Oaks Hospital (location of my heel surgery). Records were found, but an ERROR occurred in them burning to a disc.

4. Tysons Corner Card, To be explained later.

Numerous attempts were made to explain the CDC, NIH & other trial examples of efficacy of Niacin as alternative treatment for ACTIVE Lyme Infection. Niacin acts directly in the reduction of bacterial infection of the spirochete, in proven trials. Niacin is B3, of which was told would be made available and was not until post the arm injury.
