Health:

- recycle

- Throw the trash in the garbage bins

 

Unhealthy

- Buy fast food

- smoking from car

- Public bathrooms

People eat many unbalance food like more carbohydrates and fats than meal and fruit and vegetables

Healthy and unhealthy habits in Lima:

 

Healthy:

- Sometimes walk for school or market.

- People play soccer or other sport in the weekends.

- Swim in the beach.

- Do exercise at home in his free times.

- Actually people go more to the gym at the local gym.

- People eat a lot of local food like ceviche.

 

 

Unhealthy:

- Don't use the gym or make exercise.

- Eat greasy and dirty food.

- The traffic make contamination and smog.

- Drink much beer in weekends.

- Get stressed by his work and traffic, and feel depressed.

- Smoke cigarrettes.

- people transport by car, their walk less than 30 minutes

- people eat bad food.

- People smoke and drink alcohol in the weekend

- people sleep less than eigth hours.

We believe that Peru is unhealthy because they don't use bicycles much also Peruvian food has a lot of fat and we don't have many parks to go running.
