Tr. addressed each Ss. and tried to guide them to the target point. She asked the Ss. to look at her book and read to justify her answer and find evidence which is an effective way to provide constructive feedback.

I believe that Constructive feedback is designed to help someone improve, grow, and learn.

I think that teachers must provide individual constructive feedback for their Ss to improve and avoid making the same mistakes over and over again.
