They have rules in the classroom to make sure that all children is safeguarded by any accidents. If there is rules in place then they can follow rountine like wash their hands, sit down the carpet, know when its snacktime, when its playtime and complete their tasks on time. Classroom routine can increase their confidence level and make them comfortable within the classroom setting.

Praising the child when they have done good work or behaved well this will make the child feel recognised/acknowledged
They will know they are making good progress and it will reinforce the praised behaviour
This will impact on the rest of the class because they will also want to be recognised for good work

Well planned lesson planning can help students know their objectives/goals for the day which will allow them to focus more and manage time properly. If lessons are well planned, things run smoothly which will not lead to disorganization/ disruptive behaviours in the class.

Reward – students will be motivated to be well-behaved in order to gain some recognition in the form of a prize. An example may be handing out regular certificates for students based on some good behaviours (good listener, team-player, helpful etc) . Giving rewards creates a sense of achievement, progress and recognition. This will increase student motivation and well-being and will foster a more positive learning environment.

It is important to build rapports with children by gaining trust and having good communication skills. Communication is a means of allowing information to be shared effectively, and can have a positive effect on decision making processes. This will allow for continuous improvement in the classroom and positive behaviours.
