I try to get up at 6 a.m. so I can go to the gym and I drink a lot of water



I eat healthy snacks like peanuts and pecans every day, and I do one hour of exercise on the weekends.

In my daily life, I sleep early like 10 at night to start the other day with energy😴. Also on my break, I watch a video or movie to relax and then continue🎬. On weekends, I ride my bike for a couple of hours or maybe more. 🚲

I just try to not get stress with the school by practicing the hobbies I like.

I try to sleep 8 hours and do 2 hours of exercise on the weekend

Mental health:
Try to get serotonin from the little things, for example: memes, funny reels, chatting with friends, old videos, etc.
