No, you wouldn't be a good sales manager because you'd have to pay attention to detail, be communicative and expressive with your clients. You'd have to be stressed out repeating yourself all day long. I'm a bit withdrawn and don't usually communicate much with my colleagues, but when it's necessary I do. But having to talk all day and convince others isn't something I'm very good at. I'm better at showing real facts than just having to talk. I feel like it's boring.

I believe I would make a good sales manager because I have certain skills, such as being organized to manage resources, make objectives, and track team progress. Second, I am responsible for meeting expectations and would motivate my team to do the same. My hard work would drive me to lead by example, dedicating the time and effort necessary to achieve sales goals. Honesty would build trust both within the team and with customers, creating a positive work environment and strong relationships. Finally, my ambition would allow me to set challenging but achievable goals, pushing my team to push their limits and achieve success.

I think I would be a good sales manager becaouse I have strong comunication skills and enjoy working with people (most of the time). I am also good at solving problems and finding the best solutions for customers. Also, I am organized and can manage tasks eficiently, this is important for keeping track of sales and meeting goals. However, I would need to improve my negotiation skills and learn more about sales strategies to be even more effective in the role.

No, I dont think i would be a great sales manager because for you to be a good sales manager you have to be very comunicative and Im not good with comunication. I would have a lot of stress.

Sandra

Yes because it is my favorite part of sales to help a customer find the right product for their needs. To be a good sales manager I have to lead the sales team, I must motivate my team and achieve company goals.

I think I was a bad sales manager, because I'm not a emotional person and I think the person who sell something sell emotiones. What can do with the advice or how we look using it.

However people who work like a sale manager have a good salary because the companies pay them for each sale.

I think I would be a great sales manager because I have experience working with customers and different kinds of people. This has helped me learn how to see each person's strengths and assign them to the right role to do their best work. I also know how to handle difficult customers with patience and keep the workplace organized. I am responsible and like to keep things in order. I appreciate hard work and make sure to recognize those who deserve it with compliments, rewards, or promotions.

I also know how to give clear and easy instructions based on the situation.

I believe I would make a great sales manager because I am motivated, organized, and hardworking. I enjoy setting goals and collaborating with a team to achieve them. Additionally, I am outgoing and excel at building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Having recently completed my master's degree in Project Management, combined with my background as a mechanical engineer, I have a well-rounded perspective on various business needs.
