no for an object . because object is not a human. It doesn't have mind and it works using programmed algorithm that can't be changed by the object.

Yes. It is. When people give object the power of their life. Their time, health, and money.

Most, if not all, people agree that a person has ownership over his/her self. For example, I have ownership and control of myself because I am a person.
