 1. Every day write 3 things that I am thankful for (good, positive experiences, things happened)

2. When outside, take a min to look at sunset, trees, birds, etc.. Try to see something new intentionally

3. Turn off my phone when meeting with someone / interacting ..focus on conversation

 

4. Take time to be quiet for few min every day

relax, do things that make me feel good.

I like to get valerian pills before sleep, it helps me to fall asleep, I also like to pray because it calm down my mindfulness

Starting to love and live for yourself can be a good start..

Taking deep breaths, listening to music, running, travelling

I usually don't have time to do things like this, but I started listening to YouTube 10 min before bed and it worked for me.

The journey towards mindfulness is very personal and unique to each person. What things can you (personally) do to work towards mindfulness?
