1. In

MY country some people are not serious with punctuality like here. Dress code most companies don’t care too much about the dress code.

2 I suggest that before start working ask the company about the rules they have

-Be always on time.

- Take your job seriously.

-Be helpful with your coworkers.

-Don't complain a lot.

-Show respect to everybody that is in your job.

Complete your work to the fullest extent.

1- I do not have experience with workplaces in my country. I would assume punctuality is more strict here in USA compared to my country, also the longer-than-usual workdays. For similarities, the etiquettes, dress code and formalities.

 

2- Common sense. Each place can be different with how close they follow specific work policies

2. A good friend of yours, who is American, is moving to your country for work. Based on what you know about American workplaces and habits, what advice can you give them?

i think the workplace in the states is pretty similar to my country I don't see a lot of differences
