Sure! Maybe not in a same way, but you can feel nature may go deeper than providing a sense of well-being.

Mindful benefits - maybe yes

But physical benefits - no

What are some benefits of being in/experiencing nature?

 

Can these same benefits be experienced if nature is observed/experienced digitally (example: watching a video of natural places)?

getting energy, fresh air and activity are good for heath. Also nature is inspiring. ex: painting or poetry.

We are part of nature. It seems we belongs to it. It helps us relax and reduce stress.
