I will support the idea of partnering with Disney .
First, it will be a big opportunity to increase tourism. We can take advantage of starting new business such as hotel and restaurants.
Second, we can improve our building design and have better and safety environment.
Third, partnering Disney will increase price of our property which I think all current residents would appreciate it.

I am writing this letter to say I am concerned about the possibility of hosting a Disney community in our city. The city itself is already not that big, and it seems that we would lose a lot of our public green areas to their private property. I am afraid this could also raise the cost of living in this area, which is already high enough. The benefit for the target-audience would be much smaller than the social cost for the rest of us, in my point of view.
I would kindly ask you to consider all these points and either clarify all the possibilities to the population. Since we would be all helping partially with it through our taxes, it is only fair that we are aware of everything and decide if we appreciate or not.
