Kettle chips + Maple bacon

customer complained that potato is sliced too thick. The chief wanted to punish the customer and sliced potato very thin

Maybe , had only potatoes 🥔 and tried many ways to eat it

they were invented because in Toronto is too cold so they just had potato and they had to cooked it at home

A way to preserve it for longer periods of time so they could ship it abroad

What is your best guess for how potato chips were invented?
