One of the last movies I watched was the Oscar nominee "Minari". The story is simple, just a family of Korean-Americans trying to make a living in 1980s USA. It shows some of the difficulties for one of the first generations of Koreans living in the country, but for me the highlight of the movie is the family members, how each of them has a different personality. It was my favorite of the Oscar movies I've watched so far.

I recently started re-watching Arrested Development and I continue to be reminded why it is one of my favorite comedy shows of all time. The story follows a family that is incredibly dysfunctional and always finds themselves in crazy situations. They never seem to get along and that just adds to the humor. The writing for the show is not only incredibly funny, but deeply complex. Every time I re-watch this series, I find a new joke I never noticed before. I recommend this show to anyone who wants to watch something incredibly funny with very smart and witty humor. 5 stars.
