n my country, we use polychromic time. Because we believe the period is not essential, what is important is the completion of the activity. I am not sure about the American time culture, but I think in America also, polychronic culture is helpful in the same places.

I think my culture is Polychronic and the u.s Monochronic

I would say polychronic, because it is not very strict about time management and is more flexible when focusing on a group perspective instead of individual ones.
I would say it is monochronic because they have it more organized in a timely manner focusing on their tasks more than the relationships

Because we normally I when we are working you must be a multitasking worker and I feel here is the monochromic because USA employees must be following a schedule
