I feel really stressed before exams.

 

Advice:

 

When you have an important exam, try to study for some hours and then take a break or relax with something, for example watch TV, listen to music or enjoy with friends.

 

You don't need to study all the day, you should study each three hours.

 

You don't need to study the day before the exam and try to sleep well.

 

You should get earlier at day in the exam.

I feel really stressed before exams.

 

You should do yoga before exams because you can have more energy.

Don´t study for example before one hour of the exam because there is the possibility to forget the information that you studied before.

You should try to sleep very well before the exam in order to don´t feel tired.

You should play something before your exam, for example videogames, probably any sport you like for being relaxed.

You should drink an orange blossom water before the exam to be calm.

I never finish anything I start

 

First, you need to make notes about what do you have to do, or what you need to do and make a list of your priorities.

You shouldn't think that you can do everything in the same time, you need to have a time off sometimes.

Also you need to be motived and to get it you should go to the gym. After that you can finish small things and step by step everyhting will be done.
