I’m having the best moment of my life. I'm in good health, my family is fine, I am grateful for what I have.

1. The Skylodge is situated in Ollantaytambo, Cusco. It’s eight miles or so from Machu Picchu in the heart of the Sacred Valley.

2. You can get to The Skylodge by a 90 minutes drive from Cuzco and about 13 kilometers from Machu Picchu, then you have to climb up a via ferrata of 170 metal steps.

3. About 12 people can stay in The Skylodge, as there are 3 sleeping pods and each pod can accommodate up to 4 people.

4. Yes, young people can also stay in the pods. It is recommended for a family vacation, as it could be a fun, energetic and memorable family outing.

5. Cooked and served in the quirky dining pod, dinner is a four course, organic affair of soup, salad, a main course and a desert.
