The sport requires a combination of strength, technique, and explosive power. Competitors must stay within a marked circular area while executing the throw, using either the "glide" or "spin" technique to gain momentum. Shot put is included in the Olympic Games and is popular in high school, college, and professional athletics worldwide. The goal is to achieve maximum distance with each throw, with the farthest throw determining the winner.

Caves are diverse - limestone, lava, ice, each of which has unique features and attracts adventurers and scientists.

Zorbing
Zorbing was invented in New Zealand in 1994 by Andrew Akers and Dwane van der Sluis. It has become popular in many countries around the world, including England, Australia, Canada, Japan and the United States.Zorbing is actually pretty simple: Climb inside a big inflated ball and roll down a hill. If it sounds strange, you're right. If it sounds like fun, you're definitely right. Zorbing is a very popular sport in the coastal areas of India. It is played on both water surface and plane surface. A zorb ball is filled with a supply of oxygen inside the core. It is ideal for players who do not have issues with carbon dioxide inhalation. On September 8, 2019, James Duggan did the fastest 100 meters zorbing in just 23.21 seconds. He held the fastest 100 meters in the Maguire Harvest Festival that was held in Ireland.
