- New source: The 4-day workweek has potential benefits but may not be universally applicable. For businesses that adopt it, the key to success is time tracking, which helps optimize productivity and ensure proper work distribution. Companies must carefully assess their needs and consider alternative models before making the change permanent.
- Social media: SOCIAL MEDIA:- In The Social CTV, Joe's Conor, the CEO and founder of the worktime reduction center, says that due to the covid, 69% of canadian employers want to work 4-day work week in the next 5 years. But it has been buried under unnecessary meetings, distractions, and inefficient use of technology. It leads employees to work overtime. On the other hand, this system makes workers happy and healthy because they have lots of spare time in other 3 days. They could spend time with their family and do their hobbies. (Conor,J. - Library: What I discovered about my source is that the companies that have 4 day work weeks are made by industry veterans who know the struggle of 5 day work weeks, burnout, less time at home, etc.

- That is the source from timecamp. Because the article expresses the author's personal opinion about working 4 days a week. The information given by the author has not been verified or recognized by experts.
Which source seems the most reliable?
- Social media because it explains the pros and cons of the 4-day work week. Not every social media but trustworthy social platforms are not biased. It gives us updates on current times and every person's perspective
Which source seems the most credible?
- Library data based is the most credible because they gave us the fact check details, evidence, and real time informations. They gave us references. So, we can go through them and get more information from other platforms.
5.a. What is the most important thing you learned about looking for information?
- The most important thing I've learned about looking for information on 4 day workweeks is how beneficial it can be to employees. They enjoy having 3 days off even if it means having a heavier workload.
b. How might this activity change the way you approach research going forward?
- This activity made me want to use the LLC before going to google or wikipedia.
c.How might this change the way you view information in your daily life?
- This can change how I view things in my daily life by looking more at the conditions of a workplace (workday schedule, employee benefits, etc.)
