Tallarines verdes / Roman Restaurant

The preparation of the noodles was al dente, I loved that the green sauce is not very invasive when trying it.

It was a normal temperature, not too hot or cold.

The meat was cooked and had smoked.

I really liked the traditional taste like a home-cooked meal. The taste was delicious and the presentation was nice.

The service was very friendly, they were very attentive to me, the service was quick and the order did not take long.
