HY lab & modern art gallery & library & class

Get inspiration from art books in library, also visit the gallery to see installations. Work in international groups to decide what to design and produce, work in the labs to design part of the item of "art", send the notes to other groups to actually build the item. See if any differences are visible

Today, to celebrate World Space Week, we took the children to the largest planetarium in Romania (Salina Slanic Prahova) and in 3D, everything was spectacular...more than if I had explained it to them in class.

 So....it can be done differently!

Next week, in the forest...to learn the cardinal points.

Thank you for all the wonderfully blended learning activities you have designed in such a limited time!

Rafa

Design a STEAM activity in blended learning spaces

1️⃣Think of a class you teach (students’ age, subject)

2️⃣Think of a topic you wish to teach (related to a STEM subject and art or culture).

3️⃣Think of spaces you can use or consider most appropriate to use

indoors (in the school building e.g. classroom, lab, library, stations/makerspaces in a classroom, in a museum/art gallery)

outdoors (in the schoolyard, in a forest, at the local beach, in the neighborhood)

virtual spaces (Cospaces, ARETE)

4️⃣Think of methods to blend the spaces of your choice

5️⃣ Design a simple activity for your students and post it on the Linoit board
