Recipe for vagan salad:

 

Ingredients:

Tofu: 1 PC; soy sauce: ¾ cup;

lemon juice: ½ cup; ginger: 1 tbsp; vegetable oil: 2 tbs; broccoli: 1 bunch; cauliflower: ½ piece; carrot: 2 pcs; onion: 1 PC; sweet pepper: 1 PCS; mushrooms: 1 glass; green onion:3 pcs; rice: 1 glass

 

•In a large shallow bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lemon juice, and ginger.

 

•Marinate the tofu in this sauce for at least 1 hour. If you need to cook rice, do so at this point.

 

• Heat the frying pan, add some oil and fry the cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, onions, peppers, and tofu over high heat. Stir them all the time.

 

•Add mushrooms, green onions and tofu marinade. Cook for a few more minutes. Vegetables should be tender, but not soft.

 

•Add rice and fry, stirring well.

                     Pancakes

•Beat the egg with sugar and salt for a couple of minutes, add milk, mix well.

•Heat the frying pan and then pour some oil onto it.

•Pour the dough with a ladle onto a hot oiled pan.

•Fry the pancakes until golden brown colour on each side (approximately 3 minutes), adding oil to the pan.

  Ready pancakes serve with sour cream or jam

I want to share with you my favourite recipe for yogurt.

I don't cook every day, but this is a quickly and easily prepared drink.

Ingredients:

-Kefir (plain yoghurt)

-Sugar,

-Any fruit to your taste.I prefer bananas.

Procedure:

 Cut the fruit first. Then add kefir and sugar. Stir the mixture up. You can use a blender or mixer.

Your drink is ready, enjoy it.
