How to make Donuts:
Ingredients:
1. 200g. butter.
2. 200g. warm milk or 2,5% fat milk.
3. Cream.
4. 500 g. flour.
5. Vanilla extract for taste.
Procedure:
1. Melt the butter.
2. Add warm milk to butter.
3. Add a couple of tablespoons of cream.
4. Sift flour and add some vanilla extract.
5. Mix the ingredients and the dough for 15 minutes. Put it away for 1 hour.
6. Roll out to a thickness of 1 cm.
7. Cut out donuts and fry in a pan for 5 minutes on each side.
