Most students strive to be independent of their parents. They are looking for a job in the summer or a part-time job. In my opinion, this is a good start for independent living. This essay will look at this question from the perspective of working.
According to psychologists, children who worked during the school years have much fewer problems in adulthood. However, there are many pitfalls in teenage work that can bring unpleasant surprises to a minor worker.
Another important aspect of this issue that the idea of working is not always supported by parents, which makes it morally difficult for a child to get used to work.
However, in my opinion the pros outweigh the cons. The best result that a student can achieve is an understanding, a conscious approach to the question "why should I work personally?". It will be ideal if he tries himself in the work where his talents, hobbies and interests are best revealed. Being able to get rewarded for what you enjoy doing is almost the perfect model for an adult. Nothing good will come out of work without pleasure. Neither on vacation nor later in life.
When it comes to "bad marks", parents should intervene. Since the main obligation of a student is to study. Work should not interfere with learning. A child who has worked on a badly-paid job will understand this in time and will want to continue to climb the career ladder.
It's true that employers can deceive a teenager. This is one of the main problems why it is better not to work as a student. As there may be no formal contract, the work may not be paid, which is an unacceptable and incorrect action.
All things considered, I can say that a teenager should work if he wants to and realizes why it is essential for him.
