In Perú when you go to restaurants is common to ask for the starters a causa rellena, for main courses a Lomo saltado, and for desserts mazamorra.

When I go to restaurants I normally order for starters Escribano, for main courses chicharron, and for desserts peach stew.

I would say that my country offers dishes such as causa de pollo, soltero de queso, escribano. As a main dish, pork rinds, and also rocoto stuffed with potato pie, and for dessert, buñuelos, cheese ice cream, humitas.

What do you usually order?

I usually order Escribano as a starter, Chicharron de chancho as a main course and for dessert an ice cream cheese.

For starter I usually order soup when it's cold but when it's hot I order something fresher like "ceviche" or "causa rellena". For the main course I usually order "red noodles" or "rice with chicken" and for dessert I order a piece of chocolate cake

Normally I order soup and fried fish, many times I don't order dessert because I feel satisfied.

Common starters are causa rellena, tamales, papa a la huancaina, leche de tigre. The main courses are lomo saltado, aji de gallina, arroz con pollo, carapulcra.

The desserts are mazamorra morada, suspiro limeño, pastel de choclo.

I normally order tamales, lomo saltado and mazamorra.

In a restaurant they give you a starers escribano, soltero de queso or relleno de pata, in mian courses they serve you lomo saltado, tallarin de pollo, pollo a la coca cola and other dishes and In soup they serve you chairo, caldo blanco and menestron. A good starter could be a "tequeños" or "causa rellena", for main courses we have "Cuy Chactado" "chicharron de chancho" "ceviche", finally for dessert we have dessertes like "queso helado" "mazamorra morada" and "suspiro a la limeña"

In my country there are some common starters as palta rellena, tamales, tequeños, soup. As main courses lomo saltado, pure de papa con asado, tallarines verdes con chuleta, arroz verde con pollo, etc. As desserts chocolate cake, fruit salad, apple pie. I love the lomo saltado because it is delicious.

the meals in my country are very tasty we have the stuffed rocoto we also have the tagliatelle the typical dish of arequipa the Americano is very good with chicharon de chancho. we have white broth that is very rich.
