STEP 5 – Shortlist the Solutions- TOOL

Tool 1: Ten Rupee Wager

Put your money on the ideas you feel most strongly about

STEPS

1. Review the list of ideas to clarify any items and eliminate any duplicates.

2. Give each team member 10 voting dots. Tell them each dot is worth Rs. 1/-

3. Have each team member select their top choices from the list of ideas (i.e., the ideas they would like to carry forward).

4. Have team members place their dots next to the idea(s) they selected. If an idea is more important, a team member may place more dots next to it.

5. Count the dots next to each item. Circle the ideas that got the most votes. Those are a good start toward consensus on a few solutions that matter
