I start with Military Press and then Front Raises

Lateral Raises

Dumbbell cup

Dipping and finally 2 series of plank.

I Do 4 series of 15 repetitions for each exercise.

my routine is planks as many as i can, two sets of lunges, push ups for two minutes and each exercise with 20 seconds of break

My routine is a minute of Warm-up, two minutes of curl of biceps, 2 minutes of push up, 2 minutes pushdown for triceps and thirty seconds of plank.
