How can the positive factors in your Talking Points be encouraged?

As my factors are mostly about external support and understanding I think having a good and healthy social environment could lead us to a stronger self-esteem, not only because it makes us feel better when we need it but because receiving those compliments and good traits strengthen the way we see ourselves.

Which of the negative factors in your Talking Points can be changed or corrected?

Using us as their jokers, making fun of us. I think that’s the most essential point to solve if we want to start caring about ourselves, that’s why we need to choose right and correctly our social groups and to don’t stay quiet in front of abuses.

Do you think people who have a high self-esteem have a better life than those with low self-esteem?

Yes, I think a person who have a high self-esteem are more confident for talk in public and make their own decisions, and this is good for being successful in the future. A person who have a low self-esteem limits himself to too many things and cannot enjoy moments because he doubts himself.

In an ideal world, what should one’s self-esteem be based on?

Self-esteem should be based on self-love and acceptance of the person, everyone should have self-love and have people who love them for who they are. not have self-doubt

In an ideal world, what should one’s self-esteem be based on? Explain your opinion.

- In an ideal world, self-esteem should be based on self-acceptance, personal values, and inner strengths, rather than on appearance or other people’s opinions. It should come from feeling proud of who we are, our growth, and our actions.

1.- Positive factors will be motivated only if you change your mentality and the way you see the world and yourself.

2.- Negative factors must be corrected by treating the problem from the root, recognizing and accepting them and, if necessary, with professional help.

3.- People with high self-esteem tend to take better care of themselves by eating healthily, exercising and pampering themselves, and therefore enjoy better health. On the other hand, people with low self-esteem are more likely to suffer from mental disorders, especially some type of depression.

4.-"In an ideal world, self-esteem should be based on one's intrinsic qualities like values, integrity, and personal growth, rather than external validation. It should come from self-acceptance and a balanced confidence in one's character and efforts to improve."

1. The positive factors in our Talking Points can be encouraged by promoting a healthy lifestyle through community programs and education, fostering volunteer opportunities to build a sense of purpose, supporting individuals in exploring their hobbies and interests, offering workshops on physical and mental well-being, and creating social events to help people build and maintain positive relationships. By providing resources and creating supportive environments, individuals can be empowered to enhance their self-esteem and overall well-being.

2. I consider that I could changecriticizing myself because it is a habit that makes me feel sad and not thinking that my weaknesses can lead to feelings of inadequacy. Also stop comparing myself with others is what I should stop doing.

3. Yes, because those with high self-esteem don't think about other people's comments all day long because they know how they are, while those with low self-esteem always tend to compare themselves or feel uncomfortable with their body or appearance.

4. In an ideal worldself-esteem should be based on self-awareness and self-acceptance, rather than external validation or achievements. Focusing on inner values and personal growth rather than external success.
