I usually sleep seven hours, but when I don't have classes I sleep ten hours. I don't usually drink a lot of water. I usually drink three glasses of water, but if I'm very thirsty I drink five a day. My diet consists of eating salad every day and a lot of fruit like apple, tangerine and banana.

Well, I rarely sleep most eigth hours maybe for the job or the study maybe 7 hours. I always drink between 2 liter to 3 liters of water a day. I like fresh vegetables and I go out to run twice a week also I practice cycling.

Normally I try to sleep 8 hours but in reality I only sleep 6 hours because I do math exercises at my academy.

I try to drink too much water, like 2 liters. Well, I always eat healthy foods and sometimes I do exercises at home about 20 minutes after lunch.

I usually don't get enough sleep because I do different jobs, I sleep 3 or 2 hours, but on my days off I try to sleep as much as I need to feel more energetic. I also try to have a good physique and I exercise 30 minutes for 3 days a week. , so I feel more active.

I always drink water, not a lot, but I drink approximately 2 liters a day. Personally, I don't follow a diet but I always try to eat healthy with fruits and vegetables.

After seeing the article I would like to sleep the necessary hours to have more energy, in addition to following a diet to improve my health.

I go for a walk with my pet every day for 30 minutes. About sleep, I go to bed at 11pm and I get up at 7:30am. So, I think it's ok for me.

I always carry a bottle of water in my backpack. Or sometimes I buy a bottle of water in spending machine at my university.

My mom usually prepares seafood, chicken or meat with beans. I like the food she cooks.

And I think that I would not like to change this rutine I have, because personally I feel so far so good.
