My favorite dish.

The dishes that I would like to eat and sometimes come true according to the availability of time and for special reasons, these are:

 

Breakfast

I often drink orange juice and eat cheese sándwich.

 

Lunch

I like the grilled fish, boiled potatoes and salad with lettuce, onion and tomatoes with vinaigrette, these are delicious.

 

Dinner

I sometime eat roasted chicken with salad and chili creams.

When eat that, I always drink anise infusion.

From Monday to Friday I have a quick breakfast. It is a cup of oatmeal with milk. It is very quickly because there is not enough time to do housework and get my daughters ready to go to school.

Then, when I arrived to my work place, I eat a tangerine and I drink a cup of yogurt. And that is all :(

In the other hand, on Saturday and Sunday I have a slow breakfast with my family. My husband and I have a cup of coffee, scrambled eggs, avocados or cheese and bread. Also, we have yogurt and milk if we prefer. My daughters have milk, yogurt or strawberry juice and a piece of pineapple cake. We love our weekend´s breakfast.

From Monday to Friday my breakfast is oatmeal, boiled eggs, corn, bread with avocado and cheese.

On Saturdays and Sundays my breakfast is strawberry juice with milk, banana juice with milk, toast, tamale and yogurt.

My favorite breakfast and I always prepare from Monday and Friday:

-Quaker with apple, I frequently drink two cups.

-Bread with olives or break with omelette or break with cheese

-I always accompany my breakfast with piece of fruit, sometimes: banana, apple, tangerine, watermelon or papaya.

 

The weekend is different, because I prepare coffee and accompany it with several options, it can be: bread with pork rinds or bread with lomo saltado or bread with tamale.

I don't usually eat breakfast during the week, for that reason, I prefer to have an early and hearty lunch.

On the occasions that I have breakfast, I like to eat bread with a fried egg, bread with avocado, bread with olives, bread with tuna or maybe the food that is left over from the day before. To drink, I like yogurt, banana juice, or oatmeal. I used to drink coffee before, but now I left it for health reasons.

My favorite breakfast is a lot fruits: apples, strawberries,pears and grapes. I usually drink a orange juice. I eat a lot bread with bacon. I sometimes eat sweet crackers.

But every Saturday, I drink a cup of coffee and I cook salchicha huachana with two eggs. Is very delicious!

My mother is a good cocker and she eats cheese and bread. She does not drink coffee. She prefers a cup of tea. I love my breakfast in saturday!

 

My breakfast

 

Breakfast is very important in my daily routine.

I often have a cup of oats and sandwich of diferent foods. Sometimes, there's an egg, there's an avocado, olives and there is some cheese. I take me around ten minutes to finish while I'm getting ready for work. I'm trying to eat more fruit.

 

So, every sundays my breakfast is diferent. I usually have a cup of coffee and fry eggs, mushrooms together in a frying pan. I usually eat healthy food.
