stands for all the "23" at Tech23. And virtual stands for those not there? and the content then can be more keynotey; Alumni and networking in style? Or a lunch again?
Hard to make it feel 'fair' for interstaters with the video element
schedule a zoom day to get footage from all of them? and then make one video with images to "launch" the 23?
