New Year, Better Me
1. Think of some good habits you have (things that are good for your body, mind or make you happy).
2. Now think of some good habits that you don't really do enough. but you probably should.
3. Now, on a new (pretty) page, create a 25x25 table to keep your "25 25s in 2025". On one side, put the numbers 1-25 and on another 25 of the Good Habits you wrote down in 1 and 2.
4. Decorate the page and put it somewhere safe. Complete it every time you do one of the things on the list. Try to challenge yourself to do the things on that list.
